Composed by George Morikawa, Hajime no Ippo is a popular Japanese boxing Manga. It has been serialized by Kodansha in Weekly Shonen Magazine. As per the recent reports from June 2020, the series has successfully been arranged into 128 volumes. The whole story revolves around the character named Makunouchi Ippo. The protagonist is a student of secondary school. He starts his vocation in boxing and later receives numerous titles by slaying a multitude of opponents in the ring.

Hajime no Ippo season 4: Storyline
The whole series revolves around a schoolboy who has been bullied all his life. Later, a boxer Takamura Mamoru comes to his rescue and changes his life. Once, Makunouchi Ippo faints after being bullied by his seniors. Later, he finds himself in the gym with Takamura Mamoru when he wakes up. There Takamura motivates him a lot to start exercising. Due to the lack of confidence, he was reluctant to try any exercise. The boxer then comes to him and asks him to punch a sandbag. When he finally punches it, even Takamura is surprised to see his strength. And, it’s from here that the story begins. That was the moment when Makunouchi decides to pursue boxing.
He then begins his training at Kamogawa boxing gym. After being trained by the best coach and boxer, he faces his opponents and knocks them all out. His sheer determination is because of the fact that he has been bullied all through his life. That motivates him to defeat every opponent in the boxing ring.
Hajime no Ippo season 4: Expected Plot
The story of Hajime no Ippo depicts his transformation from a school kid who was a victim of bullying to a successful boxer. It shows how he turned the tables by winning over his fear. As of February 2020, 120 volumes of the manga have been published. And the volumes have a total of 1200 chapters. Only 560 chapters formed the premise of previous seasons. So, there is ample of content for season 4.
In the upcoming season, we will see Makunouchi convincing Takamura that he actually has what it takes to be a champion before he learns how to do boxing. The coach will not take his request seriously and rather assign him a nearly impossible test to determine whether he is capable or not. Under the guidance of the best coach in the town, Ippo will prove that he has what it takes to become the best of the best fighters in the world.
Hajime No Ippo Season 4: Cast
Like the previous seasons, the characters for the upcoming series will remain the same. The series will continue to base its performance on the protagonist Ippo Makunouchi. Furthermore, there’s a great deal of speculation that Mamoru Takamura is likely to return. To make the show enjoyable, the other supporting characters like Kimura’s best friend, Masaru Aoki will also give a comeback.
Also, there are other characters like Tatsuya Kimura, Manabu Itagaki, and Genji Kamogawa that are likely to make their appearance in season 4. Tomoyuki Shinoda and Haruhiko Yagi might appear as well.
