The second installment of the series started airing on 23rd October 2019.

Plot:
The story of the series – Castle Rock starts with the opening episode being set in the year 1991 in Castle Rock, Maine. The sheriff of the area Alan Pangborn manages to find a missing child named Henry Deaver who stood straight on the town’s frozen lake. Since that moment, 27 years pass, and on the last day of her duty as a warden of the Shawshank State Penitentiary, a man named Dale Lacy decides to and commits suicide.
As his successor, Theresa Porter plans on executing an idea of her’s that is to reopen a long-abandoned cell block that would allow her to easily manage the excessively growing inmate population. A guard who was given the duty of checking the interior of the cell block named Dennis Zalewski while counting the number of beds manages to find an enigmatic inmate who was locked in a cage situated underground of the cell block.
The further story in the series follows the occurrence of various incidents with the kid and several other characters including Dennis Zalewski, Theresa Porter, Henry, etc. which contribute to the amazingly interesting plot of the story that is Henry Deaver deciding on facing his inner demons to protect the ones around him and the ones he loves.
