Chris Payne Gilbert is an American actor born in 1972. He is best known for his role as Todd on 10 Items or Less, a TBS sitcom from 2006 to 2009. He also appeared in episodes of television series including Dexter, Burn Notice, The Shield, CSI: Miami, Bones, Shark, Moonlight, Friends, Sex and the City, and Charmed.
Chris Payne has had roles in feature films, including The Broken Hearts Club, Saving Manhattan, Story of a Bad Boy, Life Blood, and The Irish Vampire Goes West. In 2011, he played Davey Sheppard in The Protector. In 2012 Gilbert guest-starred on Fairly Legal and Criminal Minds. He was the protagonist Alex Mason in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
