Story plot
Junjou Romantica comes with a wonderful storyline centered around the main character named Misaki Takahashi. He is willing to get admission into the top university. Misaki is competitive and wants to shine over his peers, and with it, he also wants to strike the best opportunity in finding the desired university. To get success in his mission, he takes all the help, and this is when he is introduced to a friend of his brother named Akihiko Usami. He is a popular author who starts teaching Misaki.
During the teaching session, Misaki comes to know that his brother’s author friend writes more on bizarre stuff. His writings soon result in developing strange feelings in Misaki. Well, it is not the only story viewers are going to see. Other parallel stories are depicting homosexual love in Junjou Romantica. One is between Nowaki Kusama, a pediatrician, and Hiroki Kamijou, a professor teaching in university. It shows Hiroki developing an intense love for Nowaki, and can go to any length to get his company.
Another story showing homosexual love in Junjou Romantica is between a literature teacher and Shinobu Takatsuki, a young spoilt rich brat. Well, in comparison to other stories, this one is very complex. Shinobu will find it challenging to get love from his literature teacher.

He works hard on his studies, but does not get desired results, and often fails in his practical exams. This is when he is introduced to his brother’s author friend to get tutored.
Akihiko Usami
Akihiko Usami is a literary author referred by Misaki’s brother to tutor him in his studies. When Misaki’s brother goes away, Misaki and Akihiko become roommates and become too close with each other. Like Misaki, Akihiko also did not have a pleasant childhood. Even though he belongs to an affluent background, still, a sense of loneliness always overpowered him. It was all because his parents did not have time for him due to their own busy schedules. Akihiko felt neglected because of this.
